Oven Temperature: 350 degrees


  • 1 lb of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cups of Snowflake All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda that has been dissolved in 3 tablespoons of milk


  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a smooth dough is formed
  • Divide the dough up and press between saran wrap to chill overnight
  • After chilling, roll out the dough to the desired thickness
  • Cut out cookies and sprinkle with sugar crystals before baking
  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes on parchment paper
